Booking

You book directly from our Services page. First time clients will receive a consult form, and for any new treatments you'll receive a treatment consent form - both will be sent via email with your booking confirmation.

You can manage your appointment by logging into your Timely account. From there you can reschedule or cancel directly. Please review the cancellation policy before making any changes.

Ritualé is located at 47 Ormond Road, East Geelong.

Some treatments require modification during pregnancy, IVF, or breastfeeding. Visit the Mum-to-be page for a full breakdown of what's suitable for you or get in touch.
Policies

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.

Please arrive on time. If you're a new guest, allow an extra 5–10 minutes to find the studio. There is a 10 minute grace period - after this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and 50% of the booked service will be charged.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service.

Payment is taken on the day of your service. Cash is preferred, however eftpos is accepted.
